Our Story

East Coast Farm Life began in September 2018 with a simple idea: to create clothing that celebrated farming, rural living and the hardworking people who make our communities what they are.

Founded in Nova Scotia by Bob and Jennifer Morton, East Coast Farm Life has always been a family-driven business. While raising four children and staying actively involved in their community, Bob and Jennifer built the brand around the values that matter most to them—family, hard work, community and pride in rural life.

What started as a small local clothing brand has grown with the support of customers, farm families and retailers throughout the region. Our clothing has been worn in barns and fields, at rinks and livestock shows, around campfires and in communities far beyond where the journey began.

East Coast Farm Life is for working farmers, rural families, animal lovers and anyone who feels connected to the farm-life way of living. You do not need to own a farm to understand the value of an early morning, a hard day’s work or the pride that comes from knowing your roots.

Today, East Coast Farm Life is entering its next chapter. Proudly established in Nova Scotia, we are working to build a recognizable Eastern Canadian lifestyle brand that represents rural communities while remaining true to the values that inspired us in 2018.
